How do I request a refund?

Email support@vibereader.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" within 14 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for eligibility requirements.

How do I check my usage?

Your current usage is displayed in your account dashboard. You can access it by clicking on your profile in the extension or visiting your account page.

The extension isn't working. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Refresh the page, 2) Reload the extension in chrome://extensions/, 3) Log out and log back in. If the issue persists, email us with details about the problem.

Can I use VibeReader on multiple devices?

Yes! Your subscription is tied to your account, not your device. Simply install the extension and log in on any device.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our payment processor Paddle.com.
