14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have consumed less than 15 minutes of your 4-hour monthly quota.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Time Limit: You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- Usage Limit: You have consumed less than 15 minutes of your 4-hour (240-minute) monthly quota
- First Purchase: This is your first subscription to VibeReader Pro
- No Prior Refunds: You have not previously received a refund from VibeReader
Important: If you have used 15 minutes or more of your quota, you are not eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day period. This policy ensures fair use of our AI-powered service.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@vibereader.ai with:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Paddle.com (our payment processor) and will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. After the 14-Day Period or Exceeding Usage Limit
After 14 days, or if you have consumed 15 minutes or more of your quota, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We may issue a partial or full refund if:
- There was a critical technical issue that prevented you from using the service
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
- Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Note: Normal usage followed by dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund after the 14-day period or after exceeding the 15-minute usage limit.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent months
- Unused credits do not carry over or qualify for refunds
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions where you have consumed 15 minutes or more of your monthly quota
- Partial month subscriptions (if you cancel mid-month)
- Unused quota from previous months
- Subscription renewals (only the initial purchase is covered by the 14-day guarantee)
- Annual subscriptions after the first 14 days or after consuming 15+ minutes
7. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds and terminate accounts if we detect:
- Repeated subscription and refund patterns ("subscription hopping")
- Usage exceeding the 15-minute limit before requesting a refund
- Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes
- Attempts to circumvent the usage tracking system
- Multiple accounts created to abuse the free trial or refund policy
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We may pursue the chargeback dispute
- Future access to VibeReader may be denied
